EmbedNotion enables users to directly embed Notion pages into their websites using an iframe.
This straightforward process ensures compatibility and stability, allowing for the integration of Notion's dynamic content on your site.
3.1 How it Works
To utilize EmbedNotion, follow these simple steps:
- Add Your Notion Page URL: Navigate to our application and input the URL of the Notion page you wish to embed.
- Generate Embed Code: Our system will promptly generate a unique HTML code snippet tailored to your Notion page.
- Embed on Your Website: Copy the provided HTML code snippet and insert it into the desired location on your website's codebase.
These steps enable a quick and efficient way to enhance your website with content from Notion.
4. User Responsibilities and Restrictions
4.1 Account Registration
Users are required to create an account to use the Service, providing a valid email address. For paid accounts, payment information must be provided to our secure payment vendor.
4.2 User Conduct
Users must use the Service for lawful purposes only and are prohibited from sharing illegal content, including but not limited to:
- Copyright infringement
- Hate speech and discrimination
- Harassment and bullying
- Promotion of illegal activities
- Misinformation and deceptive practices
- Violent and graphic content
- Adult content
- Sharing personal and confidential information without consent
5. Payment and Subscription Details
Payments are accepted via international credit or debit cards through Stripe.
We offer monthly and annual plans, detailed at our pricing page. Users on annual plans commit to a one-year subscription, paid upfront.
Accounts remain active until the end of the billing period, even if canceled. A 14-day refund policy is in place, with no refunds granted afterward.
6. Legal Aspects
6.1 Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration or mediation in the Republic of Cyprus, prior to any court action.
6.2 Limitation of Liability
EmbedNotion, its employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangibles.
6.3 Termination of Service
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts:
- Upon user request
- For distribution of illegal content
- If the account is inactive for a period of 6 months or more
6.4 Changes to Terms of Service
Users will be notified via email of any changes to these Terms. Changes will not occur more than once per quarter. Users may terminate their use of the Service if they do not agree with the changes.
7. Miscellaneous
7.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
7.2 Intellectual Property
Users acknowledge that using the Service does not give them ownership over any intellectual property of EmbedNotion.
7.3 Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless EmbedNotion, its employees, and affiliates from any claims or damages arising from their use of the Service.
7.4 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be in full force and effect.
7.5 Waiver
Failure by EmbedNotion to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
